Kathi Fleming, MSW, LSW serves as our Lead Case Manager focused on meeting people where they are to help them become upwardly mobile. With her Master’s degree in Social Work from West Chester University and a passion for Social Policy, Kathi was elected to the Roadmap to Homes board. She states: “We can complain about a broken system, or we can do something about it. I can’t save the world, but I lose nothing by trying.”
